If you are returning an item for an exchange, shipping for the new item will be free of charge. However, we do not refund return shipping charges, unless we made an error. If you would like a full credit refund, the refund will be credited to your credit card exactly as it was charged minus the shipping cost. (Note: All refunds are credited back to the original charged credit card only)
